How to Monitor Team Dashboard
The first thing you’ll see when you’re in the admin portal is the admin navigation menu to your left and a dashboard to your right.
The dashboard is where you can track the number of Outcome Chains (OCs), templates, shared OCs, and users in your team.
At the bottom of the dashboard, there is a chart of user activities, which include:
- OCs created
- OCs shared
- OCs updated
- Total OCs viewed
- Unique OCs viewed
Editing and viewing the user’s activities reports
To edit the date range, select an option from the drop down menu. Click run to update the chart.
Click on the chart area to view a detailed report on one of the activities (OC created or OC updated).
You can choose to export a file of this activity. Click on the drop down menu next to “Export” and choose a file type. This is helpful if you need to tract a team member’s activity.
Finally, to edit the chart type, hover over the icon on the upper left of the chart and click on chart types. Select and click on the chart to see the changes.
