Create a Room

A room is a place to collaborate internally with teams or externally with clients. Sharing an Outcome Chain to a room is a powerful way to brainstorm with others around an enterprise opportunity outlined in the OC.

Sharing an OC can only be done through a room. There are three ways to create a room and share an OC.

My OCs

Under the “My OCs” tab, select an OC and either click or hover over the 3 dots then click share. 

My Rooms and Adding OCs to a room

Under the “My Rooms” tab, create a room from the top right of the screen by clicking on the “+” sign or continue without an OC.

You can add more than 1 OC to a room

Note: You can also enter an existing room by clicking on one in the main screen.

Next enter who to invite, their permissions, send a message, room name, company images, etc. then hit “Invite People.”

Click on “customize” to further edit your room information including a company logo and your customer’s logo.

Sharing from an OC

The third way an OC can be shared to a room is in normal mode. Start by clicking on the 3 dots on the top center of the chain and choosing “Share.”

Next, click on “Share OC to a new room” or open an existing room with this OC inside. A list of rooms with this OC inside will appear below.

If you choose to share the OC, follow the prompts to complete the task.

Collaborate and manage the room

Once the room is created in one of the three ways, you enter the room in present mode. Click on the chat icon at the top right to collaborate with room members and manage the room.
