Best Practice: Duplicating OCs

If you are a sales rep and you’ve found an OC that you want to present to a client, you can easily duplicate it to make any needed edits before a presentation.

Click on the 3 dots (…) on the right hand-side of the OCs name (a new menu will appear) click “Duplicate” from the new menu and follow the prompts.

Click on the three dots in the upper left hand corner of the outcome chain. Select “Duplicate” from the options and follow the prompts.
