Insights into Outcome Chain Consumption

Outcome Chains analytics provide viewers access with whether people are reviewing the material being shared. An OC viewer can quickly identify what’s popular and what material might need to be cut to make for a more effective presentation.

OC Analytics 

Each Outcome Chain contains a dedicated panel with link & attachment level viewing statistics.  The Outcome Chain owner and users with edit permission can access this data by clicking the three dots next to the Outcome Chain name and selecting Analytics.

Within this panel, users can apply different filters to view statistics for user activity during specific time duration with a focus on content consumption.

If the Outcome Chain is shared via a room, a user can filter for activity on room participants, be it for a group or an individual.
